Feed the Children fosters a culture whereby program participants, partners, donors, volunteers, employees and other mission stakeholders can safely, anonymously and confidentially report their concerns. To ensure we deliver on our commitment to ethical and legal behavior, we have multiple methods available to report concerns.
In the United States, please use this toll-free 800 number to report concerns: 1-866-614-4991
Outside of the United States, please refer to the local or toll-free number listed below:
The US and international hotline numbers are staffed 24 hours a day and are managed by an independent firm to ensure each concern is handled confidentially and anonymously.
Concerns can also be entered via a web portal. The web portal is also managed by an independent firm to ensure each concern is handled confidentially and anonymously.
Feed the Children encourages directors, volunteers, and employees to raise concerns within the organization for investigation and appropriate action. With this goal in mind, no director, officer, employee or volunteer who, in good faith, reports a concern shall be subject to retaliation or, in the case of an employee, adverse employment consequences. Moreover, a volunteer or employee who retaliates against someone who has reported a concern in good faith is subject to discipline up to and including dismissal from the volunteer position or termination of employment.
Individuals who feel that they are being or have been retaliated against should immediately report this to the hotline or via the web portal.
