Corporate Vision Brings Hope to Children
FTC Canada receives product donations from many Canadian companies. Our procurement process includes logistics planning and warehousing of all donated products.
Typical Commodities Donated Include:
- non-perishable foods
- beverages
- nutritional supplements
- personal care items
- household goods
|
- medicine and medical supplies
- new clothing
- toys
- educational supplies
|
Donated products are mainly distributed in bulk. Agencies such as The Salvation Army, shelters, and food banks receive the goods to provide relief for underprivileged children and their families in Canada and around the world. FTC also provides individual Family Food Boxes for distribution at community events across Canada.
FTC Canada never charges fees to recipients at any step in the process.
Many corporations also assist us by donating a financial gift to help defray our Canadian and international transportation costs.
