Feed The Children ® - It's who we are. It's what we do. Feed The Children

Join us in sending over 120,000 backpacks to Help homeless American children

America is facing an invisible crisis: as many as 1.5 million children in the U.S. face homelessness during a year’s time. Child homelessness can take many forms — living in family shelters, campgrounds or “couch surfing” between various friends and family members’ homes.

But one thing is constant in the lives of homeless children: uncertainty. Uncertainty about where they will sleep, what they will eat, how they will be able to keep up with their classmates in school.

Just $18 can provide a homeless child with a backpack filled with essential items they must often do without — food, school supplies, personal hygiene items and their very own books.

Last year, Feed The Children delivered over 100,000 backpacks to homeless school children across the U.S. The backpacks contain essentials to help children cope with the trauma of homelessness and succeed in school. You can help us send even more backpacks this year. Each backpack includes:

» Ready-to-eat food
» School supplies
» Books
» Personal care items

Please help us continue to reach as many homeless American children as possible with food and essential items.
