The distribution is part of Feed The Children’s Americans Feeding Americans Caravan, which has helped more than 345,000 families across the country since it began in 2009.

"Our Americans Feeding Americans project continues to help those adversely affected by the economy,” said Tony Sellars, spokesperson for Feed The Children. "A lot of these people considered themselves middle class just a few years ago and are now unable to provide for their families. This distribution will provide relief for them at a crucial time.”
