Feed the Children Responds to Hurricane Joaquin’s Aftermath

Prepared to assist those in need when natural disaster strikes

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, – Feed the Children has been actively monitoring Hurricane Joaquin. We are currently responding to relief needs as they are identified in both North and South Carolina. Feed the Children’s goal is to have 12,000 food and 12,000 hygiene boxes on hand for any disaster, at any time, allowing us to respond quickly to those in need.

For many years, Feed the Children has been a forerunner in responding quickly and efficiently to disasters. We are continually prepared to help during hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, tornadoes, even war and conflict — anything that leaves children and their families in a wake of devastation.

During their most difficult times, Feed the Children is an organization on which communities rely. Through hundreds of shipments of disaster relief items to our International Offices and Partner Agencies, Feed the Children has been able to provide assistance to those hit hardest during past disasters.

By partnering with Feed the Children and making a financial contribution, one can be assured that together, we are making a difference. Help us by keeping a “disaster” from a becoming a “total disaster” to a family or individual in need by making a gift to support disaster relief.
